This is used in pulleys without transmission for really wet applications OR for cold temperatures. Allows the lag to deviate and prevents material from accumulating in the lag. (3/8 "of minimum thickness)

The coating is machined flat, then the grooves are machined at an angle. As the rubber is compressed by the belt, the liner will deviate towards the center, helping to track the belt. (3/4 "min.)
